By accessing and using DesignNDev's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

DesignNDev provides creative design and development services including:

• Hand-drawn illustrations and digital artwork
• Logo design and animation services
• Web development and design
• AI integration solutions
• 3D rendering and visualization

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Provide necessary materials and resources for project completion

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement. Generally:

• Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive:

• Full rights to the final deliverables
• Source files (when applicable)
• Commercial usage rights

DesignNDev retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

Revisions and Changes

We include reasonable revisions in our project scope. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. All revision requests should be made within 30 days of project delivery.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project:

• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund
• Cancellation after work begins: Refund for unused portion
• Completed work is non-refundable

Limitation of Liability

DesignNDev's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
